We have had a great start to the summer term already now we just need some summer weather!
To follow on from ‘one world week’ this week a number of our families shared with us how they celebrated the Islamic celebration of Eid. The children were amazing in their explanations as to how each family celebrated who they saw and why. Thank you to all who sent in things for our party we all learnt lots and had a great day.
We have continued with looking at ways of moving in PE using the larger apparatus. For safety reasons your child will only be able to participate in using the large equipment if they have a suitable kit in school to change into.
Hopefully the weather will soon improve 🤞🏽and we can get outside more. Please ensure your child has a named sun hat for wearing during the day. Sun cream will also hopefully be necessary please send in a name labelled bottle for your child and we will apply throughout the day. Even if the brand you use says it is suitable for up to 8 hours we will reapply as we regularly need to wash and get wet so it needs to be reapplied.
